Your movement, your space - virtual movement assessments made easy, comfortable, and hassle-free.

At Neuromuscular Integration, we are not just physical therapists - we are movement specialists. We help you restore foundational movement to build functional strength and prevent future injuries so you can move with confidence at every stage of life.

Our approach is rooted in the innate motor patterns we all develop as infants which requires integration of the neuromuscular system learning to move from the ground up.

Our virtual sessions are designed to retrain your movement patterns and to optimize your body mechanics to integrate into your life at whatever stage you may be.

We provide one-on-one movement training tailored to your unique body, goals, and lifestyle. After your sessions, you can continue progressing through our custom training app- so your growth doesn’t stop when your session ends. The app provides guided videos that will allow you to train at your own pace, anytime, anywhere and have ongoing support from us.

Helping you move, recover, and thrive

Our business, Neuromuscular Integration, was born in 2023 from the challenges of COVID. We realized wellness exercise can be accessible and convenient right from the comforts of your own home. With virtual sessions you can feel more at ease receiving care remotely. Offering a safe and private alternative to in-person therapy. It allows you to fit a session into your schedule without the commute.  This saves you time so that you can focus on what really matters.

Your movement coaches powered by physical therapy expertise

I am co-owner of Neuromuscular Integration. I have been a physical therapist for 19 years working with both pediatrics and orthopedic patients in the outpatient setting. I graduated from Loma Linda University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2006. I have done extensive training in both a residency in 2007 and fellowship in 2009 through Kaiser Permanente in Southern California. I have also been a mentor for the Kaiser residency program for over 15 years.

I have gone on to get certified in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) from Prague School. This is a training approach that uses principles of developmental positions to restore proper movement patterns. I have also traveled to China to provide therapy to many athletes on their Olympic team in 2013.

Through my training, I use the DNS developmental approach to assess movement and retrain the body to encourage optimal joint alignment. Using these principles I focus on the body as a whole and use exercise to retrain the brain-body connection. With years of clinical experience, I’ve worked with athletes, parents, kids, and individuals recovering from injury- all with one goal: helping people move better and feel better for life.

I'm Dr. Estee Bonner

about us

Hi, I'm Dr. Monica Horning

I am wife to a professional PGA golfer, mom to three awesome kids and a physical therapist. After completing graduate school at Loma Linda University and obtaining my doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, I began working at an outpatient clinic in a trauma hospital treating a variety of individuals of all ages with orthopedic and neuromuscular disorders. I was so motivated in rehabilitating my active patients with neurological pathophysiology that I became certified in the neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT) approach to multidisciplinary treatment of neuromuscular dysfunction.

My 19+ years of experience have equipped me to further apply these skills to help golfers on the golf course, football players on the field, gymnasts in the gym, moms trying to get back in shape. I work alongside my clients to meet them where they are and take that journey with them to move better, feel better and perform better in whatever activity they enjoy.
